Provides an option for user to set the custom HttpStatusCode in response to failed STOW operation User provided Status code will be returned in the case where all STOW datasets failed or a partial failure occurs. This does not affect cases where all STOW datasets succeeded in which case a HTTPStatusCode.OK will be returned to STOW client
