If StretchedCentred is set, and PresentationState is not in use, then these properties are exactly equivalent to Zoom, ScrollX & ScrollY. If the values are over-ridden by StretchToFit or a presentation state, then these properties provide equivalent information, which may of use in locating points in an image. Normally however, ImageIndex, ImageXPosition & ImageYPosition are easier to use.
