    Remarks

    For encapsulating into DICOM, this must always be "mp4" (MPEG-4 Part 14) or "mpeg" (MPEG program stream) - irrespective of the ExplicitCodec used.

    For export, this may be other formats such as "avi"

    As "gif" is used for standard static gif export, the special value "v-gif" may be used which will force video export, and which will be passed to ffmpeg as "gif"
