Returns the Transfer syntax with which the object was originally received or read.

Remarks

The value returned is the UID, in dotted numerical form, or the transfer syntax used.

This property may be useful to programs to handle compressed images, that wish to avoid re-compression of images, e.g. when using the Write method.

If an image/dataset has been created locally, then then explicit VT little endian (1.2.840.10008.1.2.1") is returned.
