    Control whether to check for incoming C-CANCEL asynchronous messages

    Remarks
    When about to send a status response to an SCU, if this property is true (which it is bt default), then DicomObjects check whether there is any incoming data to be read off the network. If there is, then it is received, and checked to see if it is a C-CANCEL message. If it is C-CANCEL, then it is processed, but if it is any other message, then that would be illegal (without asynchronous operation), and an exception is raised.
