Controls whether to compress icon pixcel data if using an encapsulated (compressed) transfer syntax.

Remarks

DICOM allows icon images to be either compressed (with an implicit length) or uncompressed (with an explicit length), and this property allows develoeprs to choose which to use.

The default value of this property is derived from the DontCompressIcons value of the internal registry, which in turn has a default value of 0, causing this property to be false, causing icons to be compressed as per the transfer syntax of the surrounding dataset
