Hi, I am Demetris Halazonetis and I am developing software for orthodontists. I use Delphi and I am trying to write my own DICOM code, although I have found it very tedious. The DICOM standard seems to me unnecessarily complex, but the main problem is the very convoluted documentation from NEMA. I have managed to write a very basic DICOM file reader (for uncompressed files only) and I am struggling with DICOM communications (C-FIND and C-MOVE).
