In order to use the 64bit DicomObjects.ocx in 64bit Windows OS, you need to register both 32 and 64 bit version of the OCX

32bit Registration

C:\Windows\System32\Regsvr32 C:\DicomObjects32\DicomObjects.ocx

64bit Registration

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Regsvr32 C:\DicomObjects64\DicomObjects.ocx
