Both packages have been digitally "signed" with a valid software authoring certificate.
COM/ActiveX Version
DicomObjects COM Version may be downloaded either as a self-extracting package which should install on any version of Windows, or if you are sure that you have at least Microsoft Installer 1.2 on your system, then you can download the rather smaller package without the installer.
Installer Packages
These provide the trial version of the DicomObjects OCXfor new users, and are not suitable for existing customers, who should instead use the Raw OCX link below. You only need one of the two alternatives.

Raw OCX
This is useful for existing customers those who simply need an updated copy of the latest OCX:
